Q. How do I get parts?
A. If you have an engineered design and 3D CAD files or a 2D drawing simply create an account using our online registration page (click here). Fill out all required user profile information and when completed you'll be able to upload files. Next, upload your part files, enter a description and any technical data you wish to include regarding the nature of your project. Please include shipping instructions and we'll need to know how you'd like your parts packaged and shipped either UPS, FEDEX, DHL or USPS. We will contact you within 48 hours. We will work with you to generate a quote whereby you then have the option to purchase your parts online via Paypal, Visa or Mastercard.

Note: If you don't have a finished design or CAD files and need development assistance, help with file translations or other CAD support, we can help.

Q. What file types do you need?
A. We currently support all versions of Pro Engineer, Solidworks version 2007, and AutoCAD 2004. We also accept the industry standard IGES, Step and Stl file translations.

Q. What material offerings do you currently have?
A. Every project is unique and We work with several material suppliers to procure materials that will work best with your application considering optical properties, durometer hardness, % elongation, and any other mechanical factors.

Q. How long will it take to get parts?
A. Lead time for prototypes: 2 to 4 weeks
Lead time for pre production samples: 4 to 6 weeks
Lead time for production molded parts and first article inspection: 4 to 12 weeks
